What is BASE?

BASE is a specialized fitness program that improves Balance, Agility, Strength, and Exercise while also targeting ancillary muscles—the smaller, stabilizing muscles often overlooked in traditional workouts. Using a pulley-based system and simple step approaches, BASE strengthens both primary muscle groups and the supporting muscles that enhance overall stability and mobility.
