B.A.S.E., which stands for Balance, Agility, Strength, and Exercise, is a 30-minute class designed for everyone—whether you’re an athlete, pregnant, at risk for falling, or simply looking to strengthen those small stabilizing muscles. This innovative class uses a pulley-based system and a simple step approach to enhance core stability, build strength, and increase flexibility.
